Ideas become rules, roles, habits, incentives, environments, and machines. Those arrangements transform the people who live inside them; people adapt, withdraw, resist, reinterpret, and transform the arrangements in return. The artists and performances make this dynamic audible, but they are not the playlist’s subject. v3 is about ideology in operation.
